THE VINEYARD

Domaine du Chenoy, a pioneer in Belgian winemaking, is located on a sunny south-facing slope near Namur. Since 2003, this historic estate has combined innovative, fungus-resistant grape varieties with organic cultivation.

Under the leadership of visionary winemakers and engineers, the domain has become a fixture in the wine world. Producing almost 100,000 bottles annually, it offers an elegant range of sparkling and still wines, full of finesse and character. Thanks to continuous investment in modern infrastructure and sustainable techniques, Domaine du Chenoy today embodies the perfect balance between tradition, innovation, and terroir.

THE FOUNDERS

The winemakers at Domaine du Chenoy are visionaries deeply rooted in passion and craftsmanship. Philippe Grafé, the founder, brought together his pioneering spirit and experience with a keen eye for innovation. Since 2014, Fabrice and Emmanuel Wuyts, followed by bioengineers Pierre-Marie and Jean-Bernard Despatures, have brought new energy to the estate.

With deep respect for nature and terroir, they combine traditional winemaking with organic practices. Their shared commitment results in characterful wines that unite elegance and sustainability. Each of them shares the same mission: to craft wines that speak of their land, their beliefs, and their love for the craft.

MÉTHODE TRADITIONELLE

At Domaine du Chenoy, precision is at the heart of every step in the winemaking process. From hand harvesting to gentle pressing and controlled fermentations, every action is carried out with respect for the fruit and the terroir.
Thanks to modern facilities and a fully renovated vinification space, the winemakers master every detail—from aging in stainless steel or oak to the traditional method for sparkling wines.

The organic approach guarantees pure, expressive wines with finesse and structure. The result is a harmonious range in which craftsmanship, technology, and nature come together in every bottle.

ABOUT THE WINE

These sparkling wines are crafted with the utmost care and expertise. Organically grown, hand-harvested, and aged on lees for 12 months, they offer a refined expression of Belgian winemaking.
