Their love for the craft shines through in an exceptional product.

THE POWER OF A COOLER CLIMATE
Belgium’s cooler climate presents both a challenge and an opportunity for crafting high-quality wines. Winemakers carefully adapt their grape varieties, techniques, and methods to the local terroir, while constantly innovating. In doing so, they elevate their sparkling wines to exceptional heights.

WHAT’S THE SECRET OF THE TRADITIONAL METHOD?
A bottle of BelBul is crafted using the traditional method. After an initial fermentation of the grapes into still wine, a second fermentation takes place in the bottle — this is where the bubbles are born. The wine is then aged for at least 9 months on its lees, in the cellar, developing delicate effervescence, complex flavors, and an intense bouquet.
Once this resting period is complete, the sediment is removed through disgorgement. This artisanal process results in a wine that is pure and elegant — perfect for life’s most treasured moments.

LOCAL AND PURE
In Belgian vineyards, everything revolves around care and craftsmanship. Our winemakers work on a small, local scale, closely connected to their region and its natural richness. Quality is always central, but so are sustainability and respect for nature. From carefully cultivated grapes to energy-efficient production methods, every step is guided by dedication and attention to detail. The result is a wine that is as pure in taste as it is in origin, staying true to its terroir.
INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION
Belgian sparkling wines are also making their mark on the international stage, winning prestigious awards and turning heads across the globe. Their signature? Elegance, freshness, and refined aromas.
